LADIES' BIBLE STUDY @ WOODWARD AVENUE

Current Study::  July - August  

 "Becoming a Woman of Prayer" study beginning July 11 thru August 15 at 6 p.m. in the Adult Education Building.  Books are available in the church office for $7.00.   All ladies are invited!

Our Purpose::

The Ladies Bible Study of Woodward Avenue is comprised of women of all ages who meet together on Sunday nights from 6-7 p.m. in the Adult Education Building.  Our purpose is three fold:                

        *   We meet weekly to learn truths from God's Word which are applicable to women and their concerns.  The Bible is our source of truth.  Our studies have included: Philippians, Women of the Bible, Galatians, the Names of God, 1 Thessalonians, 2 Timothy, and Proverbs.  

        *   Secondly, we meet together as women to learn about each other.  Since we are women of all ages and in different seasons of life, our paths might not normally cross.  In Ladies' Bible Study we purpose to get acquainted with each other and pray for each another.        

        *   Lastly, we look for opportunities to minister as a group.  Together we can meet needs more effectively than as individuals and as needs are brought to our attention, we look for ways to meet them.

The Ladies' Bible Study of Woodward Avenue is a wonderful opportunity for women to connect with other women, to encourage and be encouraged as we travel this road of life.  The door is open to YOU!
